The Fair Trade Festival will be held on the Dec 7-9. The Festival will be hosted by the Downtown Farmer’s Market in their new Green Building! ( Right next ti the MacArthur Mall) There will be a wonderful collection of local products as well as the beautiful crafts that you have come to expect from the Fair Trade Festival.   And what about the Sacred Heart?  The Sacred Heart will hosting the WORKSHOPS this year. Thier is a shuttle bus running from 10 am -5 pm on Saturday for your convience. Thier is also going to be local BEER and wine as there was at Festivals before hand.  

Also we will have performers at the Fair.  You can e-mail me to let me know who you would like to see and to let me know of any new local talent that might be interested in performing. The Fair does pay it’s performers , and in order to do that we need to start to raise money.  Go on and send checks to Fair Trade Festival,413 W.38th St., Norfolk Va, 23508. You can also e- mail me to let me know if you wish to sponsor a specific group or performer. If you would like to make sure your business is listed as asponsor or advertise in the program go on and let me know. Let’s get stuff done early this year.  I would like to pay workshop leaders and POETS as well.

So please let’s get the word out. Plan to be in town. Tell your freinds and neighbors.  Sponsor the festival, and plan to do all your holiday shopping Dec 7-9.
